Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed and board-certified in Texas, focusing on women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating female patients, performing exams, interpreting tests, providing preventive counseling, and coordinating care with specialists. Oversees clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, participates in quality improvement, and leads community outreach efforts. Obtains hospital privileges for deliveries, surgeries, and consultations, and supports staff education. Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on quality healthcare delivery. Salary: $275,000 – $350,000 annually.
