Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Provides diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for female health issues, including cancer screenings, hormonal and pelvic disorders, and childbirth management. Performs exams, diagnostic tests, counseling, and surgical procedures; monitors patient and fetal health during pregnancy. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach activities. Ensures adherence to standards, develops health programs, and coordinates with hospitals and medical teams. Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and evaluate staff performance. Benefits include malpractice coverage, bonuses, health/life insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave, with a salary range of $275,000-$350,000 annually.
