Job Description
We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health care at our Bay City, TX clinic.
The role involves diagnosing and treating female health issues, managing pregnancy from prenatal to postpartum, and performing preventive care and surgeries. Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnostic testing, counseling, referrals, coordinating with staff, and community health initiatives. The physician leads clinical staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and participates in quality improvement and certification efforts. Additional duties include hospital privileges, staff education, outreach, and after-hours on-call availability. Requirements: Medical license in Texas, board certification, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Benefits include malpractice coverage, bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, and a salary range of $275K–$350K. This is a full-time, in-person position.
