Job Description
The OB/GYN role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care.
Provides comprehensive medical services including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, counseling, and surgical procedures related to female health issues.
Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality assurance, compliance, and community outreach activities.
Coordinates care with hospitals and specialists, ensures adherence to standards, and supports patient-centered initiatives.
Maintains on-call availability, participates in continuing education, and may travel for conferences.
Benefits include malpractice insurance, performance bonus, health and life insurance, paid holidays, and sick days. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 based on experience.
