Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care.
Provides diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for female health issues, including cancer screenings, hormonal, urinary, and pelvic disorders, and manages prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach, and collaborates with local medical facilities.
Ensures adherence to healthcare standards, develops health programs, and maintains hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries.
Requires Texas medical license, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
