OBGYN- Obstetrician & Gynecologist

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health care at our medical clinic in Bay City, TX.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating female health issues, managing pregnancy care from prenatal to postpartum, performing exams, ordering tests, and counseling patients on preventive health.

The role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, coordinating services with community agencies, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The physician will also obtain hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries, contribute to staff education, and participate in outreach activities.

Requirements include TX licensure, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.

Benefits include malpractice coverage, performance bonuses, health/life insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.

This is a full-time, in-person position with some travel and after-hours on-call duties.
