Job Description
We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health care at our medical clinic in Bay City, TX.
Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues, including pregnancy, reproductive, hormonal, and pelvic disorders. Conducts exams, orders diagnostic tests, counsels patients on wellness, and refers to specialists when needed. Participates in community health programs, develops policies, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Leads clinical staff, oversees quality initiatives, and coordinates with local medical facilities. Provides prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, including hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries. Actively engages in outreach, on-call support, and ongoing staff education. Qualifications include medical licensure, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care. Benefits include malpractice insurance, performance bonuses, health/life insurance, and paid leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually. This is a full-time in-person position.
