Job Description

Seeking a Locum Tenens OBGYN Physician for a long-term contract at a Critical Access Hospital in Rural Minnesota. This low-volume position offers predictable hours,
light call, and
a supportive women’s health team. The schedule is flexible with options for

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • 2-week rotation (4 days on / 7 days off)
  • Minimal call (~1 night/week, weekend every 7 weeks)

The role includes
  • Low delivery volume and outpatient GYN clinic
  • GYN surgeries, including DaVinci robotic cases
  • Inpatient and outpatient care

Compensation features a competitive daily rate,
housing provided (furnished apartment),
travel paid, and
support for licensing and credentialing. Candidates should be Board Certified/Eligible with experience in labor & delivery, GYN surgery, and women’s health. This is ideal for physicians seeking
