We are seeking a full-time OR Supervisor – Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to oversee daily clinical operations in a luxurious, patient-centered environment.
Lead and support nursing staff, surgical techs, and assistants, ensuring seamless patient care from pre-op to post-op. Coordinate surgical schedules, staff assignments, and maintain regulatory compliance (QUAD A, OSHA, HIPAA). Manage inventory, participate in patient assessments, and collaborate on policies and quality initiatives. Require active RN license in Florida, BLS/ACLS certifications, 3+ years OR circulating experience (preferably in plastic surgery), and leadership experience. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a patient-service focus.
