We are seeking a full-time OR Supervisor – Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to oversee clinical operations in a luxurious, patient-centered practice.

Reporting to the Practice Administrator/Medical Director, the role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating surgical schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventories, and supporting patient care from pre-op to post-op.

Qualifications include an active Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, at least 3 years of OR circulating experience (preferably in plastic surgery), and prior leadership roles. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills are essential.
