Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations at our fast-paced ambulatory surgical center.
Manage and supervise surgical teams, including nurses, technicians, and sterile processing staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, efficient patient care, and proper staffing levels.
Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality, facilitate smooth surgical transitions, and resolve conflicts.
Build trust and leadership with staff through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain effective communication and support for team members to promote a positive work environment.
