Job Description

We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeons to join a private practice in Redding, CA, with over 30 years of experience.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

Position details include a first-year salary of $300,000-$400,000, with long-term growth potential through ancillary income, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call options.

Partnership is available after 1 year, with productivity-based compensation.

Requirements:
– CA medical license or ability to obtain
– Willingness to work in a private practice environment
