We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

The role includes a competitive first-year salary ($300,000-$400,000), with long-term growth potential through ancillary income, real estate, ASC investments, and hospital call options.

Partnership is available after one year, transitioning to productivity-based income.

Requirements include California licensure and a willingness to work in a private practice setting.
