Job Description

We are a private orthopedic practice in Redding, CA, seeking board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeons to join our collaborative team.

Our multidisciplinary group offers orthopedics, sports medicine, podiatry, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, supporting surgeons in developing their practices.

Opportunities include ancillary income (PT, DME), real estate and ASC investments, and hospital call options.

The position includes a guaranteed first-year salary of $300K-$400K, with partnership and productivity-based income after one year.

Requirements: California medical license and ability to work in a private practice environment.
