Job Description

Seeking a Part-Time Orthopedic Surgeon (General, Sports Medicine, or Spine) for a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal center in San Jose, CA.

Schedule: 2–3 days/week, flexible, with options as W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.

Benefits include immediate patient volume within a referral network, clinical autonomy, and collaborative environment with pain specialists and rehab teams. Office-based diagnostics, regenerative treatments, and on-site surgical access through a fully accredited surgery center are available.

Compensation ranges from $340K–$475K+ annually, depending on schedule and case volume, with base + incentives or session-based rates. Malpractice coverage and administrative support are provided.

Ideal candidates are Board-Certified/Eligible MD/DO with fellowship training or experience in sports medicine, spine, or general orthopedics, active California license, and team-oriented mindset.
