Job Description

Seeking a part-time Orthopedic Surgeon (General, Sports Medicine, or Spine) for a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal center in San Jose, CA.
Schedule: 2–3 days/week, flexible start, with options as W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.
Enjoy immediate patient volume within a collaborative environment alongside pain specialists, PTs, and rehab experts.
Operate with clinical autonomy, supported by full administrative infrastructure, and access on-campus surgical facilities.
Compensation ranges from $340K to $475K+ annually, based on schedule and productivity, with benefits or competitive contractor rates.
Ideal candidates are Board-Certified/Eligible MD/DO with experience in sports medicine, spine, or general orthopedics, and active California licensure.
Work involves outpatient diagnostics, regenerative procedures, and surgical cases at a fully equipped ASC, emphasizing teamwork, outcomes, and physician well-being.
