We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide onsite care, complementing your current practice. This role involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift.
Our specialists manage medically complex cases, facilitate return to work, and collaborate with medical and therapy providers for non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and engage in case management.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, approximately half a day weekly or biweekly, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Malpractice insurance coverage
