We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care at our location. This flexible role involves treating patients during a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy providers for non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Qualifications:
- Experience with work-related injuries preferred
- State licensure, MD or DO graduate, unrestricted DEA license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Medical Malpractice Insurance required
