We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, complementing your current practice. This role involves treating patients during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly.

Our specialists manage complex cases, support return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborate with medical and therapy providers for both surgical and non-surgical treatments related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries. You’ll communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a meaningful impact on patient lives.

Responsibilities:
• Flexible half-day weekly or biweekly schedule
• Revenue share compensation model

Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• State licensure, MD or DO degree, DEA license
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Malpractice insurance coverage required
