Orthopedic Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. The role involves communicating with employers and actively participating in case management, making a positive impact on patient recovery.

Qualifications include preferred experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the practice state, graduation from an accredited MD or DO program, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.

Flexible scheduling is offered to complement your private practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model. Candidates must have medical malpractice insurance to cover on-site work.
