We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly. This role complements your current practice and involves managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams on non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model. Qualified candidates should have experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
