Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Western Sonoma County.

  • Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support patient self-management, and contribute to care coordination and population health management.
  • Document care accurately in electronic medical records, maintain licensure and certifications, and stay current with ongoing education.
  • Work part-time, primarily Thursdays and Fridays, with potential to increase hours up to full-time by early 2026.


  • Requirements: Valid medical license in California, osteopathic training or degree, DEA & Furnishing License, and ability to see at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
