Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in Western Sonoma County.

Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support patient self-management, and contribute to care coordination and population health management.

Document care accurately in electronic medical records, maintain licensure and certifications, and stay current with ongoing education.

Work part-time, primarily Thursdays and Fridays, with potential to increase hours up to full-time by early 2026.

Requirements: Valid medical license in California, osteopathic training or degree, DEA & Furnishing License, and ability to see at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
