Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join our Wellness Center team.

Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care for acute and chronic conditions, including care for infants, children, and adults.

Support patient self-management, coordinate care, and contribute to health outcomes within an interdisciplinary team.

Document care accurately in electronic medical records and maintain licensure and certifications.

Lead population management efforts in your specialty area.

Schedule includes part-time shifts (Thursday PM, Friday AM/PM) with potential for full-time hours later.

Requirements: Valid medical license (MD or DO), DEA/Furnishing License, osteopathic training documentation, and comfort seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
