Join our team as a full-time CRNP or Physician Assistant specializing in Osteoporosis care across multiple locations.

We seek motivated professionals with clinical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians in managing patients focused on bone and musculoskeletal health.

This role involves providing patient education, treatment, testing, and expanding the osteoporosis program through outreach to external providers. The position requires independence and self-drive, with travel to satellite facilities.

Qualifications include PA-licensed or eligible, with at least one year of family practice experience. This is an exempt, full-time role with a salary range of $85,000-$120,000.
