Job Description
Outpatient Clinician position, 40 hours weekly (32 in Berlin, 8 in Camden), offers a starting rate of $42-$46 per session for LAC/LSW and $46-$51 for LPC/LCSW, based on experience.
Requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health field and at least three years of relevant experience.
Must hold LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW credentials and engage in ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, developing treatment plans, case management, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Acts as a liaison to external organizations, advocates for clients, and supervises interns if applicable.
Maintains confidentiality, adheres to ethical standards, and participates in supervision, meetings, and community resources.
This role reports to the Program Director and emphasizes independent work within a diverse team environment.
