Job Description

Seeking an Outpatient Clinician for a 40-hour weekly role, split between Berlin (32 hours) and Camden (8 hours).

Compensation ranges from $42-$46 per session for LAC/LSW and $46-$51 for LPC/LCSW, based on experience.

Qualifications include a Master’s in psychology, social work, or related field, with at least three years of relevant experience, and licensure as LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW.

Responsibilities encompass providing individual, family, and group therapy, developing treatment plans, case management, conducting assessments, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Additional duties include acting as a liaison, advocating for clients, supervising interns, and participating in team meetings and supervision.

Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, professional ethics, and ability to work independently and within diverse teams.
