Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our membership-based, insurance-free Direct Primary Care practice.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of providing exceptional, relationship-based care to a patient panel of 800-900 once fully developed. They will collaborate with our team to grow their patient panel over time and will have the opportunity to build a personal practice within a positive work environment. The clinic offers full-time hours Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call. Starting with a base salary of $85,000, compensation increases with panel growth, potentially up to $255,000 annually. Work hours can be part-time or full-time as the panel expands, with a focus on relationship-based care and professional development. Requirements: Doctorate degree, valid medical license in Missouri.
