Job Description

We are hiring a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and grow their own patient panel.

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and provides exceptional, relationship-based care to 800-900 patients as their panel expands.
  • Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with minimal evening and weekend call.
  • Starting with a base salary of $85,000, with potential increases up to $255,000 as the patient panel grows.
  • Full-time and part-time options available, with benefits including vacation, holidays, medical, dental, retirement, and 401(k) matching.
  • Work environment is well-established, membership-based, and insurance-free, offering a positive and comfortable setting.
  • Requires medical license and doctorate degree; in-person work location.
