Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our membership-based, insurance-free Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice.

  • Offer the opportunity to build and manage a personal patient panel of 800-900 patients.
  • Work in a positive, well-established clinic with a supportive team, providing relationship-based care.
  • Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.
  • Starting salary of $85,000, with increases as the patient panel grows, potentially reaching up to $255,000 annually.

  • Requires Doctorate degree and active medical license in Missouri.
