Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and build their own patient panel.

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to provide exceptional, relationship-based care to 800-900 patients as their panel grows.
  • Work is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with minimal evening and weekend call.
  • Starting salary is $85,000, with potential to increase up to $255,000 as patient panels expand.

  • Work location is in person, with full-time and part-time options available.
  • Requires a Doctorate and valid Medical License in Missouri.
