Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and build their own patient panel of 800-900 individuals.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing exceptional, relationship-based care.
The practice offers a positive, insurance-free environment with full-time hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.
Starting with a base salary of $85,000, compensation increases as the patient panel grows, with potential earnings up to $255,000 annually.
Work time and panel size will expand gradually, with benefits including vacation, holidays, medical, dental, retirement, and 401(k) matching.
Full benefits are provided, and the position can be full-time or part-time based on the candidate’s preference.
