Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our membership-based, insurance-free Direct Primary Care practice.

  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of providing exceptional, relationship-based care to 800-900 patients as their panel grows.
  • They will collaborate with our team to expand their patient panel over time.
  • The clinic offers a positive, comfortable work environment with full-time hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, and minimal evening or weekend call.
  • Starting with a base salary of $85,000, salary increases with panel growth, up to $255,000 annually.
  • Work commitment progresses from part-time to full-time as panels develop.
