Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our membership-based, insurance-free Direct Primary Care practice.

  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of providing exceptional, relationship-based care to a patient panel of 800-900 once fully established.
  • They will collaborate with our team to grow their patient panel over time, with full-time hours Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:00, minimal evening/weekend call.
  • The position offers a starting salary of $85,000, with potential increases as the panel grows, and benefits including vacation, holidays, medical/dental, retirement, and 401(k) matching.
  • Work can be full-time or part-time, with a progressive commitment from part-time to full-time as patient panel expands.
