Outpatient Mental Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) – pediatrics

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed outpatient clinician to join a growing pediatric mental health practice in Woburn. The role involves providing evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, consultation, and treatment planning in collaboration with a team of mental health professionals and primary care providers.

The position is primarily onsite in Woburn, Monday through Friday, with part-time options considered. No weekends required. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment with dedicated staff and regular peer consultations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling, independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC), and at least 5 years of post-licensure experience working with children and families is preferred. Candidates must be eligible for insurance contracting, including MassHealth.
