Job Description

We are seeking a licensed outpatient clinician to join a growing pediatric mental health practice in Woburn. The role involves

  • evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, consultation, and treatment planning,
  • collaborating with other mental health professionals, coordinators, psychiatrists, and primary care providers.
  • Work is onsite Monday to Friday (35-40 hours/week), with part-time options and no weekends.
  • Our practice offers a supportive environment with dedicated staff, peer consultation, technology support, and a steady referral stream from a co-located pediatric practice.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or mental health counseling, Massachusetts licensure (LICSW or LMHC), and at least 5 years of post-licensure experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
  • Eligible for insurer contracting, including MassHealth, is required.
