Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient therapy (in-person or virtual) across various age groups, including assessments, treatment planning, therapy, discharge, and aftercare. Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate community resources, participate in staff meetings and supervision, and uphold licensure and credentialing standards.

Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania licensure, at least 1 year of relevant experience, clear background checks, proficiency with electronic records and virtual platforms, and ability to work independently.
