Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient therapy (in person or virtual), conduct assessments, develop treatment and safety plans, document accurately, coordinate community resources, and participate in staff training and supervision. On-call weekends are optional.

Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania licensure, minimum 1 year experience, clear background checks, proficiency with electronic records and virtual platforms, and ability to work independently.
