Job Description

Join our dedicated leadership team at a respected, diverse social services agency serving the Greater Harrisburg area. We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist with active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and at least 1 year of experience.

Key responsibilities include providing outpatient therapy (in person or virtual), conducting assessments, developing treatment and safety plans, documenting cases accurately, and coordinating community resources. The role involves participating in staff meetings, supervision, and maintaining licensure and credentialing. Optional on-call weekend rotations are available.

Qualifications include current Pennsylvania licensure, clear background checks, proficiency in electronic records and virtual therapy platforms, and the ability to work independently.
