Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Responsibilities: Provide outpatient therapy (in-person or virtual), including assessments, treatment and safety planning, discharge and aftercare planning, and community resource coordination. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and clinical reviews. Optionally provide on-call weekend support.

Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania licensure, at least 1 year of experience, clear background checks, proficiency with electronic records, and ability to work independently.
