Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMCH, LPA)

Job Description

We are a growing mental health practice seeking a full-time clinician to provide individual, family, or couples therapy in our Asheville office and virtually.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with the team, diagnosing mental health disorders, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications required are licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LMFT, LMCH, or equivalent), experience with individual therapy (preferably with children/teens), and strong communication skills. Preferred training includes EMDR, Brain Spotting, IFS, or ERP.

This hybrid role pays $45-$50/hour and aims to make a positive impact on clients’ mental health journeys.
