Job Description

Offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus! We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, to provide clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, developmental, or mental health challenges.

Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based methods

Facilitate therapeutic or psycho-educational groups

Coordinate with schools, courts, and community agencies

Utilize person-centered and trauma-informed approaches

Maintain documentation and support emergency services

Participate in supervision, meetings, and on-call rotations

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, current Michigan licensure (LMSW preferred), and 2+ years of outpatient experience. Skills in assessment, collaboration, and recovery-focused care are essential.
