Job Description
Seeking a dedicated individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in need.
Education: Graduate of an accredited program in counseling or social work with a current license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred; associate levels considered. Must hold a graduate degree in a human services field per relevant regulations.
Experience: Relevant training/work experience in a managed care environment, including service planning, clinical pathways, discharge planning, and case management.
Requirements: Pass background checks and drug test; valid driver’s license.
Job Duties:
- Provide individual and family counseling in home, school, or community settings based on treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client/family needs, diagnoses, interventions, and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper records for each case.
- Complete assessments and documentation within agency guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
- Assist in family-oriented program development and fulfill supervisor-directed roles.
- Manage associated risks and provide staff training on family treatment issues.
- Participate in supervisory meetings and maintain ongoing professional development.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary from $52,000 annually, requiring in-person work.
