Job Description

Seeking a dedicated individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in need.


_Education:_

  • Graduate of an accredited counseling or social work program, holding a current LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license preferred. Associate levels (CSW, LPCA, etc.) considered.
  • Must possess a graduate degree in a human services field as per regulations.

  • _Experience:_

  • Relevant training/work in a managed care environment, including service planning, clinical pathways, discharge planning, and case management.

  • _Requirements:_

  • Pass background checks and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • _Key Responsibilities:_

    • Provide individual and family counseling in home, school, or community settings.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
    • Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners.
    • Assist in family-oriented program development and provide staff training.
    • Manage associated risks and participate in supervision.
    • Complete ongoing education as required by licensing.

    Job Type: Full-time. Pay starts at $52,000/year. Work involves in-person duties.
