Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide compassionate mental health services focused on substance use disorders.

Conduct individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.

Develop personalized treatment plans and assess client progress.

Facilitate support groups to promote peer support.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate clients on recovery strategies.

Engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid licensure, experience in outpatient therapy with substance use, and strong communication skills. Prior work with diverse populations is preferred.
