Job Description
This full-time position involves providing therapy, counseling, and educational services within the scope of licensure, supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups within the Behavioral Health program.
Offers a $5,000 signing bonus split between initial paycheck and after 9 months. Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, psychotherapy, assessments, coordinating client services, and maintaining records. Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with at least three years of experience preferred. Must hold relevant Michigan licensure or certification; bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Position involves engaging clients, referring to community resources, and working flexible hours.
