Job Description

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Outpatient Therapist based in Bad Axe, Michigan.

The role involves providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with emotional, developmental, or mental health challenges, including co-occurring substance use disorders.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical services, facilitate groups, and collaborate with families, schools, and community agencies.
• Maintain documentation, participate in supervision, and support culturally-informed, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused practices.
• Attend on-call rotations for emergency coverage and meet productivity standards.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with a preference for licensed professionals with at least 2 years of outpatient experience. Strong assessment, therapy skills, and collaboration abilities are essential.
