Job Description
This full-time weekend-only NP/PA role involves providing primary patient care in a hospital setting with cross coverage in the surgical operating room.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, performing diagnostic procedures, prescribing treatments, managing wound care, and collaborating with physicians during hospital rounds.
Call coverage, holiday rotation, and on-call responsiveness are required.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, licensure, and certification as an NP or PA, with preferred experience in trauma, vascular, or critical care surgery.
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and independent decision-making skills are essential.
Physical demands involve standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
