Pain Management Provider (PA/FNP)

Job Description

Growing multispecialty practice seeking a full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Middletown, NY, just north of NYC.

Since 1984, this physician-led practice offers comprehensive, patient-centered care with a collaborative team of specialists, including pain medicine, rehab, and sports medicine.

The NP will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, manage pain using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active NP license, DEA registration, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication. Experience in pain management, EMR familiarity, and pain-specific training are preferred.
