Job Description
This part-time hybrid role (2 onsite, 1 remote) in Minnesota is seeking an active PMHNP-BC to provide outpatient behavioral health care for patients aged 5+ in community clinics.
Schedule: 24 hours/week, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, with 2 days onsite in Saint Cloud or Buffalo, MN.
Focus on diagnoses like bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, OCD, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, with appointments lasting 20-60 minutes.
No on-call duties; full support from onsite staff and a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications include MN licensure, 2+ years prescribing experience preferred, and comfort treating all patient ages.
