Part-time PMHNP (Hybrid Role) – Minnesota License Required

Job Description

Seeking an active PMHNP-BC licensed in Minnesota for a part-time hybrid role providing mental health care in a community outpatient setting.

This position involves 24 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday—2 days on-site and 1 remote, working during CST hours.

Providers will care for patients aged 5+ with various diagnoses, conducting initial 60-minute and follow-up 20-minute appointments.

Supported by onsite staff, with no on-call duties, allowing focus on patient care within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
